Notify User when post has been published

    I worked through the script as in your forum post http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/notify-visitor-that-their-post-was-published and was able to successfully automatically send an email once the post was published/updated

    What I would like to know is:

    1. How can I send a HTML message so I can include more links and images in my message
    2. Include a link to the post inside the message
    3. I have 3 Subscription options on my site and save the option in a custom field called "Package". Would it be possible to send different notifications to the different subscription options using this custom field?
