I cannot see all my forms in the drop down

  1. I'm trying to add a new PayPal Form to a Form. When I try to select the form, the drop down list only display 25 forms. I have 38 and cannot choose the one I want.

    What to do?

  2. That has not been my experience. I have over 50 forms, and when I go to add a new PayPal feed, I get a drop down there with 53 forms in it. There does not appear to be a hard limit of 25 forms built in to Gravity Forms. They are in alphabetical by form title. These are active forms.

Can you tell what forms are missing from your drop down, and see if there is anything unusual about them or common to them all?

  3. Hi Chris,

the latest form, I made was a duplicate from an earlier made form. The duplicate wasn't shown in thr drop down. However, it actually worked even though I didn't connect it with a PayPal form. Could it be that the connection with the original form carries through to the PayPal form and thus, it's not shown as an option in the drop down?

  4. I just added another original form and I showed up in the drop down menu, so the original/duplicate issue, I stated above may hold the explanation.

  5. Interesting. I will bring this to the attention of the developers to see if duplicating a form is actually the source of this problem. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
