I can't seem to figure this one out so I'm asking for help. I can submit a form 30 times without any problems. Occasionally I enter something wrong, and the form catches it and points me to the error. When everything is entered correctly, I get the yellow confirmation and the entry is submitted correctly. So far so good. Some times I hit submit, and I get don't get a confirmation page (yellow square) or an error notification. The entry is not submitted so I'm lost on how to start trying to troubleshoot it.
The form is connected to the user-registration addon.
Has anyone seen this before?
