Offline access to data processed through Gravity Forms

  1. Hello,

I saw some documentation available on how to process the submitted form data dynamically. However, I am looking for offline access of the data and hence am looking for the location where this is stored and also an easy script to download it from my website so that I could access it. Some of my data is obtained through file uploads and hence I need all the data including uploaded files with related order number or any other subscriber identification.

Also, if I install mailchimp, then would a copy of my data be stored on my server?

In other words, I am looking for
    1. The location and format of the data on my web server for field data and uploaded file data.
    2. Information about linking this information with the submitter in the form of order number or subscriber name. My website is using Cart66 as the shopping cart.
    3. Is there any script available to access this data offline and store in an excel spreadsheet on my desktop?
    4. How will I access a copy of the data that would be sent to MailChimp?

Help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

    Regards
    Gargiz

  2. 1. The location and format of the data on my web server for field data and uploaded file data.

All form entries are stored in your WordPress database.

    2. Information about linking this information with the submitter in the form of order number or subscriber name. My website is using Cart66 as the shopping cart.

If you collected that information in the form, then it will all be stored in the database with the entry.

    3. Is there any script available to access this data offline and store in an excel spreadsheet on my desktop?

You can export all entries from a form as CSV and then open it in Excel.

    4. How will I access a copy of the data that would be sent to MailChimp?

Also, all form submissions are stored in the database. That includes all entries for forms that you use to subscribe visitors to Mailchimp.
