On registration page, spinny thing keeps spinning forever

  1. When I did a test on my registration form, the Ajax spinny wheel keeps spinning, but it looks like nothing is happening.

However, as admin, I do get an email to tell me that a new registration has been made, but on the registration email, I don't get an email with the password. If I select to reset my password, that then goes through ok.

  2. You need to provide us with a link to the form so we can submit a test. We would have to be able to see the form to see what is going on. AJAX issues are usually web server issue related. Either a memory issue or a firewall issue. If you post a link we can see what is going on.

Also i'm not quite sure what you mean by "spinny thing". Do you have AJAX enabled on your form? If so try testing with AJAX disabled by removing ajax=true from the shortcode.

  3. Just before doing this, I thought I should check the obvious, and the obvious turned out to be the problem.

    It was a plugin conflict.

  4. What plugin was causing the issue?

  5. I'm having a similar issue with a client.

User fills out the form, hits submit, loader continues to spin, does not stop spinning nor give the confirmation.

However, the entry does make it through.
