One Form Works 2nd Form Does Not

  1. I have two Gravity forms on one website. Both were working for a long time. Suddenly one form stopped working, but the other continues to work just fine.

The bad form displays the first page, but when you click to go to page 2 you get a blank page. The theme displays, but the page is white.

I assume there is no plugin conflict because the second form works just fine.

Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Not without seeing the page which contains the form that isn't working.

You can have a plugin conflict when one form works and a second doesn't, this most commonly occurs when conditional logic is being used which is prevented from running by javascript errors.

Please check for a conflict on your second form, as there may be one as Richard said - http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

As David points out you should test for a plugin/theme conflict, Chrome is reporting a javascript error which is pointing at the GA script so my first port of call would be to temporarily disable the Google Analyticator plugin then check the page again to see if it made any difference.

@connectgbc have you tried testing for a theme/plugin conflict?
