One of the Fields in a notification is using the value of another field

For some reason when our email notifications go out, one of our fields is showing the value of another field.

For example... lets take the two fields I am having a problem with:

Credit Card number: 4243456789012342 (thats a fake number fyi)
Expiration Month: November

Now the value of the expiration month is 11. When the form submits and the email notification goes out, the Expiration Month in the email is 11... good.... but the Credit Card number is also 11 for some reason. The email body is simply the {all_fields} tag. Do you know why it might be doing this?
