Only use Country drop down box

    On a contact form I am creating I want to use the Country drop down box only, without the other address information.

    How can I do this?

    Create a new drop down field. Click on the the "Bulk Add / Predefined Options" and select "Countries" from the list of predefined options on the left.

    Presto!
