I had a post about this that got closed. It actually isn't resolved.

The form is on the right sidebar.
As you can see, it still says "can't find form" when you try to submit an image. Interestingly enough, if you hit refresh and then hit submit again without changing anything (the information is retained in the form) it gives a confirmation message and works.
I would love to not have people hit refresh to get this to work..
