Open form only with query string

  1. Is it possible to open a form only when there are values in the url? My visitors should only be able to open the form from the url i sent them in an email, (this url contains some very important values). The visitors should not be able to open the form without these parameters in the url. Is that possible?

There is nothing built-in that would make that happen. Even using conditional logic to only show the fields would require at least one field to be visible and take a value to show the rest. You could go outside of Gravity Forms and use PHP to check for query strings and only embed Gravity Forms if there are some, but that's beyond what I can help you with at this time.
