Option fields not showing in notifications

    I've got a fairly complicated conference registration set up through Gravity Forms.

    When someone registers they choose a workshop which is setup as an "Option" field.

    That option field doesn't seem to show up in the confirmation messages or the email notifications even though they include the merge code {all_fields}. I also don't see the options when I view the form entries via Gravity Forms.

    I can see them by exporting the form entries as CSV, so I know they are there and being recorded, I just don't seem to be able to see them anywhere other than when exported.

    Any idea what's going on here?

    I switched these option fields to regular radio buttons. Fortunately we only had a handful of registrations and we don't need to adjust pricing based on the options.

    I'd still like to know if this is expected behavior of the option field. If I were selling shirts, I would think buyers would want the size they selected in their confirmations.

    It seems like something's not working here.
