Optional User notification

    Is there a way to allow users to select whether or not they receive an email notification of a form being submitted?

    I want to send a notification to users that the form has been received but the user has the option prior to the submit button where they can disable this notification being sent to them.

    What I would do is using the following hook, check to see if the check box is checked, and if so, then send them the e-mail, otherwise, send the e-mail to some null local address that I had.
