Options - Label & Value used for Pricing with Cart66

  1. Hello, I'm using Cart66 with Gravity Forms and this is working fine.

The problem is that for me to charge for product options and have the option price visible for the customer, both the "Label" and "Value" fields must have the same information. This is perfect until you view the details in the shopping cart or view the receipt. Now you see the label field that has the price along side the actual price within brackets.

Is there away to configure the Option Field in the Form Editor so that I don't have to make the price part of the Label but still have the price visible for the customer? Or maybe some other way to configure Gravity Forms to display a receipt or product details so that the option pricing shows only once.

    Thanks so much!!

  3. Hi Josh. Will this filter help you?

I'm unfamiliar with how that will work with Cart66 and I don't know of any other options in Gravity Forms for displaying the price for options.

  4. Hi Chris and thanks for your reply.

    Naa - it wont help.

As long as cart66 allows it's customers to integrate gravity forms some one will need to address this problem. This is like fumbling the ball on the goal line. Both company's have a great piece of software but the detail page or customer receipt looks a mess.

  5. Josh, I could not view the image. Something about hot linking protection.

The integration with Gravity Forms is done by Cart66 and I believe modifications to the receipt will need to be done on their end. Maybe there is a way with CSS to hide that information on their receipt. I don't have Cart66 to see if that's a possibility or not.
