Using Woo Themes "Listings". I created a new form, saved it and the options.png screen does not appear.
Second, is there any documentation on using gravity forms with woo themes? Woo Themes support keeps referring questions back to gravity forms.

There is nothing particular about using Gravity Forms with Woothemes. What sort of help do you need? We'll be glad to help. Sometimes Woo includes some Gravity Forms-specific styles that override things unexpectedly, but we can work around that.
I'm not sure what the options.png file is. I don't have that in my Gravity Forms installation. Can you provide a path to where that file should be located, or where it's referenced and you saw the problem? Thank you.
Hi Chris,
In the new form documentation, located at: "http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/New_Form" there is a an example at the end of the topic shown in a small brown screen: "File:New-form-save-options.png Options after saving form"
I have two individual licenses and my developer also installed gravity on the site using his developers key so that that mailchimp integration could be utilized.
Unfortunately, it's a roundabout between gravity and woothemes..they refer all questions about gravity forms to gravity and your materials refer my questions back to woo.
Here's the question. I'm using Woo's "Listings" theme for a directory website and have created custom listings using gravity forms. The forms show up great on the front end in the post a listing area but the information does not transfer to the single listing profiles pages after the user has created a new listing.
I was under the impression that this process was really simple and that by adding gravity forms, which woo claims to have integrated use into the theme, that I did not have to do anything other than place the form hook in the single user page, and that custom fields were automatically created when using gravity forms.
At this point in my conversation with Woo, I still don't have an answer regarding that question. I have been told that if I want the information from the forms to appear on a single user listing that I have to ad the hook into the specific single user php.
If this is correct, do I use the same hook that gravity forms places in my new listing form page template, or what?
OR, do I have to create custom fields to match the ones I put into the gravity form AND add those fields individually to my single user php.
Thanks!
Will
btw..the "File:New-form-save-options.png Options after saving form" does not show up after I save a new form.
Thanks!
Will
Hi Will,
Thanks for reporting the broken image in the documentation. We will get the resolved.
In regards to your question, I have some questions for you. :)
The forms show up great on the front end in the post a listing area but the information does not transfer to the single listing profiles pages after the user has created a new listing.
When you say "the information" what are you referring to? The post that the user created?
Also, what are the chances you could share a link with us so we can get a visual idea of what you are dealing with?
The broken image in the documentation has been corrected.
Ok...I've created four gravity forms for my users so that they can upload a listing. I have four custom listings types. Dealer Profiles, Events, Thrifty Divas and Classifieds. I thought that gravity forms would take care of the whole process of setting up the custom fields etc. Not the case. How do I get the information the user is submitting into my custom listing types?
Thanks
Will
Will, are your forms creating posts, and if so, are you using custom fields? If that's the case, Gravity Forms will handle all that for you. You will need to determine how to use the custom fields in your theme and templates though. Gravity Forms collects the data: the rest is up to you.
Can you post more about what you are doing exactly? We'll be happy to help you out if we can.
