Page Not Found 404 Since Version 1.7.6 Update

    Since updating to Gravity Forms Version 1.7.6, getting 404 page not found error with url "http://test.sunsetvistarealty.com/contact/:/" when form on "http://test.sunsetvistarealty.com/contact/" page is submitted.

    Can you edit the confirmation and save it again, this can sometimes happen if the confirmation settings aren't saved properly.

    Thanks, updating the Confirmation fixed the problem.
