Paragraph Text Field shows numbers instead of the text typed in

  1. I know this is probably something I've overlooked in some setting, but I have added the paragraph field in my forms for people to type in some extra notes to the order forms I'm creating. Anyway, during my testing, as a person ordering I am able to type in the text without a problem. As the administrator receiving the form, the paragraph field shows a number and not the text the "buyer" typed in. Not sure where else to look to resolve this.
Also, I'm very new to using Gravity Forms, so again, it could be some setting I've overlooked. Would appreciate any guidance.

I also created a test form that is not an order form (so, no pricing fields and it doesn't go through Paypal during the process), and the text I entered into the paragraph field came through to the administrator as expected. Not sure if this is helpful at all.

I am using WordPress 3.2.1., a WooThemes theme, Gravity Forms 1.6, PHP Version 5.2.17,
MySQL Version 5.0.67, Dreamhost is my webhost. What other info is helpful in troubleshooting?

    Thanks in advance,
    Andrea

  2. A URL to the form will help us help you.

A couple questions. In the first form, is the entry saved with the proper submitted value? Does the user notification include the proper submitted value? Does only the administrator notification have the incorrect information, not what was submitted?

You can also export the form as XML and email it to chris@rocketgenius.com and I will install it and take a look for you. Look under the forms menu for "Import/Export" and then "Export Forms" (the middle option at the top.)

    Thank you.
