  1. Using Wordpress 3.2.1.

Hi, just purchased and installed your product and i find the about half an inch of the white area of the form editor on the left side is being cut off. I have turned off plugins, but no change. What is this?

    Thanks

  2. Cant tell you for sure without seeing it. What browser are you using? Is it doing the same thing in other browsers? What is your screen resolution set to?

We'll need more information to help out.

  4. You provided a link to your site, but I don't see a Gravity Form on that page. Where on the site can we view the Gravity Forms so we can see what is going on?

  5. You can't see a gravity form because i cannot see the complete editing box of any field. So there is no form yet. I can't create a form if i can't see what is on the 1/3 of the left side.

  6. Ok i figured out it is a theme conflict. I tried the plugin in another theme i will be getting to next week, and was ok. Soooooooooooooo which .js file would you guess is the problem?

  7. Hard to tell, in order to determine the issue we'd have to see it happening. If you can implement the theme with the issue and the form and provide us with a link where we can view it we can inspect the code and determine where the problem is coming from.

  8. I'm sorry, change of plans. I found out the customers' mortgage company she works for has an online form we can use. So.... is it possible it use the software on a different site not originally intended for? Will be using it on http://www.just4kics.ca/ instead of http://www.themortgagelink.ca

  9. Yes. Remove the license key from the first site, and install on on the second site. No problem
