    My client has a payflow pro account, will this work with Paypal Pro add-on? And if so, are there any differences when referencing the documentation?

    No, our Paypal Pro only works with Website Payments Pro from Paypal. A skilled developer could modify it for Paypal's other services. I am not familiar with the Payflow service, and as such, don't know how difficult this customization would be or how the two services differ.
