PayPal Add-On - Authorize and Capture functionality

Hi All - Does anyone know please whether it's possible, presumably with some extra coding, to utilise the PayPal Add-On in conjunction with PayPal's Authorize and Capture functionality (see https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_html_authcapture)?

What I'm wondering is whether it's possible to use a GF form, with the PayPal Add-On, to authorize payments with PayPal but only capture the payments upon the happening of a certain event, such as x number of entries being processed through the form or a given overall dollar value of submissions having been reached.

    Many thanks
    Richard

    Many thanks

  4. Hi Richard, just finished reading through the PayPal documentation on this and it appears that both bits of functionality are possible, but would more than likely require a fair bit of custom code.

Thanks David. I reckon this'd be a great new feature at some point... . That said, if you've an idea of how much it would cost to get the custom code done, perhaps you could flick me an email please. Thanks. Richard.
