PayPal add-on issue

I have the PayPal ad on installed and have configured a number of forms to work with feeds. All was working fine but there is one site visitor who is trying to purchase an item and is being sent to the Thank You page without first being brought to PayPal to pay. She says she has javascript enabled and has tried from different browsers on her Mac. This is the only report of this happening and it is working fine for everyone else when we try it. Can you think of a reason for this to happen?
    Thanks

Correction to the above - I just tried the form and it does the same thing for me on a different computer. The other forms on the site with PayPal work fine.

  3. One form on multiple computers and with different users has a problem? Anything else common between the two computers?

Does the form work properly in any case?

Can you post a link to the form?

Sounds sort of like you are using the "PayPal condition" and it's not being met, so you are sent directly to the thank you page?

    Hi Chris,

The problem appears to be that the person is not filling in the quantity field with a value. I have the field set to "required" but for some reason it does not give an error message to the visitor if they leave it blank and instead send them on to the success message.

Is there something I am not understanding about making a pricing field required?

    Thanks

Problem solved. I disabled the quantity field associated with the product pricing field and added a quantity pricing field that is required and the visitor must input a value greater than or equal to 1.

    Thank you
