PayPal cancel and return

    My page url is http://www.judaismyourway.org/wp-folder/registration/shabbat-tickets-testing/

I am using the PayPal add-on. When I click submit and get to the first page of PayPal, there is a link to cancel and return. When I click that I get a weird page. It says 404 Not Found, but the weird part of it is that the page is pink. I don't know where that came from. It also says, "The requested URL 'us/cgi-bin/Judaismyourway.org/wp-folder was not found on this server."

The page I entered for my IPN was
    http://www.judaismyourway.org/wp-folder/?page=gf_paypal_ipn

My site is currently in a sub folder, because the old site is in the root folder. I don't know if that makes a difference.

  2. What did you enter for your Cancel URL in your PayPal settings? You shouldn't enter your IPN url in the Cancel Address. If you use the Cancel URL you need to enter a real URL. The IPN address is only for PayPal's IPN settings, not the Cancel URL. It only works if PayPal IPN communicates with it, otherwise it will return a 404 error.

The cancel url should NOT be your IPN address. It should be something like your web site address or wherever you want them to go if they decide to not complete the transaction.

Where is the place I enter my Cancel URL in PayPal? I thought I could only set that up if I was making a button.

  4. You don't enter the Cancel URL in PayPal, you enter it in your PayPal configuration settings in the Gravity Forms PayPal Add-On in your WordPress admin by editing the PayPal setup for that form.

Ah yes. I found it. And it was already set up correctly. If you want to try it you'll see what I mean.

  6. We would need a WordPress admin login for this site to be able to look into this. You can send the information to us via our Contact Us form and reference this forum post when doing so, so we know what it is in reference to.

I sent you my login yesterday so you could look into this problem. Did you get it?

  9. The issue is the cancel URL needs to be a full http:// url and not just the domain name.

    You had this:

    judaismyourway.org/wp-folder

    It needs to be this:

    http://www.judaismyourway.org/wp-folder

I made the adjustment in your PayPal setting sand it should work now.
