Paypal eCheck Payment Status: Pending

How can I override the payment status to release a draft post?

    We have these settings:
    - Create post only when payment is received.
    - Send admin notification only when payment is received.
    - Send user notification only when payment is received.

We received notification from Paypal that eCheck payment in progress, but this takes a while to process. Meanwhile the entry is stuck with Payment Status: Pending

Is there any way for me to go ahead and post their entry???

  2. You can update the post status on the Post Edit screen. You don't have to wait for the payment status to be updated for the post to be released. Have you already tried that? You don't need to do anything to the entry, just the post.

There is no post to be edited. It will not create the draft until payment is completed. I can see the form entry, but no draft post. See the first of the settings shown above.

  4. Sorry. I thought the post was created as a draft immediately and updated to published when the payment status was updated. I misunderstood how it worked until now.

If you are using the PayPal Standard add-on, you can edit the entry and update the payment status there. Screenshot: http://minus.com/lNsRfBh3AYMZS That will trigger any functionality which relies on the IPN to indicate successful payment receipt. See the release notes here: http://www.gravityhelp.com/gravity-forms-paypal-payments-standard-add-on-v1-5-released/ (paragraph 4)

Are you using the PayPal Standard or Pro add-on?
