Paypal Feeds won't save

  1. I have had User Registration & Paypal working in the past.

I have two test sites. Site #1 will not save the Paypal feed even though everything is setup correctly I believe.

Test site #2 works fine. I realized the only difference between them is that the first has the User Registration Add-on Version 1.5.beta1. The one that works has Version 1.4

Is this a known problem? I really like the new User Registration with the tabs and User Activation.

    Thank you, Nancy

Followup - I just installed User Reg. Version 1.4 on Site #1 and the Paypal feed still will not saved. Still testing.

  2. I just went into the database for Site #1 and don't see the Paypal tables! So, it didn't install correctly although it looks installed. I will uninstall and try again.

Another difference between the sites is Site 1 had S2Member and I'm still removing references from the DB.

  3. Please let us know if reinstalling the PayPal add-on properly creates the tables and fixes your problems.

  4. Chris, Thanks for checking in on this. Deleting and re-installing Paypal did not work. I wonder if the DB is corrupted. I don't know enough to be able to judge.

In any case, I plan to recreate site #1 on Site #2. It is a frustrating use of time, but I don't see any alternative, unless you have an idea I could try.

Another difference between Sites 1 and 2 that I remembered was that I used WP-Optimize on Site 1 to clean up revisions. Not sure if that is at all related.

    Thanks for your time! Nancy

  5. I don't have any other ideas other than uninstalling the plugin, deleting the MySQL tables if any, then reinstalling. Let us know what you find out.

Hi there, I just wanted to chime in and say I was experiencing this issue. So I pressed the "uninstall / delete all feeds" button, reactivated and now things seem to be OK.
