PayPal Invalid Link

I'm setting up a subscription with multiple choice options but whenever I submit the form and login to PayPal, I get this error:

"The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again."

It happens both in production mode and test mode. The multiple choice was setup with a product pricing field, as I understand PayPal doesn't do subscription donations. Subscriptions setup on another site work fine, as do the two other non-subscription donation forms on this site. I tried changing settings but nothing helped.

    The form is here:

I can provide WP login if necessary.

    Thanks

  2. I submitted the form you linked to above and it redirected me to PayPal (the sandbox in this case as that is what you currently have it configured for) without a problem. See this screenshot:

It's the next step that gets me. Once I put in either a legit or sandbox username and password, I get the invalid link error.

  5. The issue is you have the PayPal Feed in Test mode to use the Sandbox, but the email address you have configured to use is not a valid Sandbox email address. So that is why you are getting the error. You don't use a real PayPal email address when using the Sandbox, you use a Sandbox email address.

I tested by changing the email to our Sandbox email and was able to continue on to the next screen. See this screenshot: http://grab.by/a3yU

If you are using PayPal in Test mode then the PayPal email address configured to receive the payment must also be a valid Sandbox email address and not a real PayPal account email address.
