    Is the gform_paypal_post_ipn hook called when using the PayPal sandbox?

    I believe it is. I have used the sandbox for all my PayPal transactions, and it looks like the IPN is working because I am seeing the status update. Are you having a problem receiving the IPN when using the sandbox?
