Paypal is not finalizing

  1. Hello,
I have a simple form for an application to enroll for a class. once you hit the submit button at the end of the form it takes you to the paypal page with the right product and pricing but it will not allow anyone to literally finalize the payment or even log in to make it. I find this so strange, I have tried again and again to log in with my own paypal account and nothing. is there something going on with paypal or is there something I should be aware of about the form settings. thank you in advance

  2. What happens when you try to log in? Are you trying to log in with the email address that is the same email address in your PayPal feed? If so, that won't work.

  3. yea I have tried to log in with a different email than the feed and it continues to tell me the log-in information is incorrect and does not allow me to log in to make the payment. I am writing to you because Someone has tried enrolling for a class of mine and has filled out the Form and is also having the same issues because they have tried to enroll four times and all four in the entries slot says the payment is "processing"

  4. Do you have the feed set to be in "Production" mode and not "Test" mode?

  6. If you are trying to take live registrations - you need to set it to Production. Test is only for use with a valid sandbox account: https://developer.paypal.com/
