Paypal only if one option in form is selected

Hello all,

I need to send details to paypal for this form, but only when the "Wiggles & Giggles" option is selected. How can I do this? (Form is below and I have the paypal plugin installed).

When using the PayPal Add-On there is an option when setting up a PayPal Feed to only send to PayPal when a specific option is selected. You would configure that feature so the user is only sent to PayPal when that option is selected.
