PayPal Plugin - Sometimes payment ends up 'processing'

    Hi,

    I use the paypal plugin for our little league website for donations, and it seems to mostly be working.

    I click the check box to not notify (through form notifications) until payment has been processed, but out of say 20 or so donations, about 4 of those went through anyway from a gravity form perspective, but there ended up being no payment made to paypal. And if I export the forms records to .csv, I can see that no payment is listed for those 4 donations, and state 'processing'.

    Has this happened before? What can I do about it?

    When a payment is stuck as "processing", you have to check your PayPal account and see if the payment was received. If it was not, that visitor did not complete the checkout process and has not paid. You will need to contact them.

    If payment was received at PayPal, but your status still shows processing, that is because the PayPal IPN did not arrive at your site. Go to the IPN History in your PayPal account and resend the notification.
