paypal pro add-on conflict

  1. hi,

i made a new install of gravity form on a new site.

when i install the paypal pro add-on, there is the register message on it.

when i uninstall it, the gravity form plug-in has no registering message.

licence and paypal pro api are reconized.

i can't use the new gravity form install with an older xml saved form.

how can i fix it ?

You are trying to use the latest Gravity Forms and Paypal Add-on versions correct? Are you also using the latest version of WordPress? What exact error do you get?

What exact error do you get? No, you have the latest WordPress release as far as I'm aware.

  5. ok so,

i made a so long form on a site and export it.

i transfered the site on an other hoster.

i installed wordpress and the plug-ins like the older site was.

when i installed the two latest release of gravity form, i had not acces to add-on page.
so i installed the latest gravity form release (1.7.5) and did the same.

no form on the page appear.

i took the latest paypal pro add-on here and this"Register your copy of Gravity Forms to receive access to automatic upgrades and support. Need a license key? Purchase one now." and still no form on the page.

paypal i configured, the shortcode is in the right page.
    the preview is avaible.

    what's wrong ?

Did you re-enter your license key in the Forms -> Settings page? Can you make sure there are no plugin/theme conflicts by following these steps? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

  7. yes i entered 4 times my licence, and when paypal pro add-on isn't activated, gravity form has not the message.

and this is the third same site i installed on different hosters, nothing change on the site it's just worpdress export/import and gform export/import.

edit : when i turn the paypal pro on sandbox mode, all api appear red but form appear on the page.

edit 2 : i unchecked 'IPN is setup in my PayPal Pro account.' and it works then. but still have the register licence message.
