PayPal Pro Error

    Hi,

    I am getting an error whilst trying to test my form using PayPal Pro and Sandbox.
    " There was an error processing your request. Your credit card was not charged. Please try again."

    One thing I noticed was in your Documentation, one of the steps was= "Select the PayPal Pro Transaction Type." - I do not get this option whilst setting up a feed? Should I be?

    I have tripled checked the Sandbox API details and made sure that the plugin is set to Sandbox also. I have also deleted the Sandbox details and created new ones, but still get the error above.

    I cannot see any error message in the source code either.

    Yes, the first step in the feed creation process is to choose the Transaction type - either a Product and Services type or Subscriptions type. You are saying that you are not presented with this option first on the feed like so:

    Correct - I do not get that option.

    It just asks me what Form to use, what fields match for Name, Address etc and that's it.

    My issue was down to PayPal Sandbox - you need to contact the PP Dev forums and ask for help setting up the correct test account in Sandbox.
    Bit long winded but that's what's needed. :p
