PayPal Redirection Not Working

  1. My Form via PayPal isn't working. It doesn't even go to PayPal after hitting the submit button. URL is here:

    http://www.theblackownednetwork.com/blackownedphilly/associate-level-directory-submission/

I've mapped all fields and I have 3 different forms. Upon submit, the form bypasses PayPal totally and goes to the confirmation page.

  2. Are you using a PayPal condition that must be satisfied before sending the transaction to PayPal?

If you turn off AJAX for the form, in the embed code, will it send to PayPal at that point?

If you submit from the preview, will it redirect to PayPal that way?

  3. I'm using no conditions outside of no notification to customer until payment is made.

    AJAX is not enabled

It doesn't not submit from the preview either.

    Thanks for your prompt response!

  5. Can you verify that you have the latest version of WordPress, Gravity Forms and the PayPal add-on installed? If so, please send a WordPress admin login to chris@rocketgenius.com and I will take a look for you.

  6. Carlton, I emailed you.

The issue is that the term for the ad, 6 or 12 months, and 1 or 2 categories, was set up as an option, and it needs to be set up as a product. Options have to be attached to products. You don't actually need any options at all. Your form can be all products. Please see your email for more detailed information.

  7. I think i have exactly the same problem, but why can't we use options combined to products ?
