PayPal Shopping Cart Empty Error Message

I created a multi-page form which ends in a PayPal payment. On hitting "Submit" I receive an error message which says that my PayPal shopping cart is empty. The form has successfully been working for several months. It last worked correctly on Feb. 24 (yesterday).

    To Repro:
    1. Visit http://www.belax.org/2012registration/
    2. Complete form until final page, "Payment," and then click Submit.
Note: Error message generated from PayPal, "Error Detected - Shopping Cart Empty."

    Further information:
I uninstalled/reinstalled the PayPal Add-On Plugin and reestablished the PayPal feed. It did not fix the problem. The form was working correctly for several months--then stopped suddenly.

  3. Same problem here on a registration form... after updating to 1.6.3.1... using WP 3.3.1.

seems in FF you'll get the empty cart issue... in IE it just throws up a blank page.

it's a multi-page form, first page has a drop down, page 2 and 3 show the user certain fields based on conditional logic... page 3 has the product field... the cost of the product is saved in GF upon submission.

all seemed to be working for several months until the recent update.

    thanks

  5. I too am having this problem. I guess I'll go back to a previous version and see if that works...

UPDATE: I deleted 1.6.3 and then installed 1.6.2.1.1. PayPal works now. Looks like there is a bug, guys.

That doesn't seem to be a fix. Has this issue been adressed?

No doesn't appear so. I have connected support, they asked for my WordPress username and password, so they could check my form. I supplied it, but they say it doesn't work. I used it every day, I have even screencast it and showed them the logon works. I have tried everything with my form, but it still doesn't link to PayPal, it just says "Shopping Cart is empty". I will email support again!

I spoke at a seminar where i advised 500 people to purchase a developers license. It seemed comprehensive enough so I backed it with my word and now I feel pretty guilty. Do you know of an alternative form system that handles add to cart?
