PayPal Standard Addon Doesn't work

  1. I just spent about 6 hours trying to set up the PayPal Standard add on and get it to work in a form. I tried using the pricing fields in a form and then I tried using PayPals code in an HtML field. Yes my IPN is set up in PP and confirmed in WP/GF settings. I followed all the available instructions from GF as well as PP>

I also tried just PayPals button code on my wp page.

Guess which was the ONLY one that took me to the Paypal payment page? The button code on my page without the help of gravity form!

I am starting to kick myself that I paid the extra $150+ for the Developers license and I can't even use it... Plus a whole afternoon and evening down the drain.

Just thought you might want to know.

Me, I've exhausted all my options and no one is really answering my support requests or forum posts (except one forum post for something unrelated.)

    phoewy to you gf.

  2. Anne, our support hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, and both your requests were made outside those hours.

There is no need to use the PayPal code anywhere in your Gravity Form. Sounds like a configuration issue and I'd be happy to take a look at your configuration if you send a WordPress administrator login to chris@rocketgenius.com

    Thank you.

  3. I resolved this via priority support over the weekend. Closing this as this was user error. User had the product field set to $0.00. Thus no need for PayPal to kick in.
