    I set up a gravity form integrated with a Paypal subscription, however when I tested the form, I was taken to an error page on PayPal:

    This feature is only available to Business and Premier accounts.
    Return to merchant (which goes to a blank page)

    I just cannot work it out and have spent hours on this. Please can somebody help me out.

    1. PayPal Subscriptions are available only to Business or Premier accounts.

    2. Are you using the correct account email address for a PayPal business or premier account?

    3. Please check the level on the "Overview" page when you first log in to PayPal. It should say "Business" right before the business name and email. Please post a screenshot of the overview page when you are logged in to PayPal.
