Paypal Transaction completed, details recieved but no Details recieved or saved

  1. Hi,
We have a paypal addon based form setup. We are getting successful signups/payment and details mailed to us but recently we got a payment from the form and no details at all.
There are no records at all, nothing in the phpmyadmin or in the wp-admin "Entries" area.

What can be done regarding this so this error doesn't show up again?

  2. Do you have a link to this form so we can test it out?

Is it possible someone sent you PayPal money and did NOT use the form?

  3. The form is located at http://tinyurl.com/77lmlzk
There is no way that the use can send the payment directly.

  4. Are you using WP Super Cache? Caching plugins can cause entries to not be recorded or go missing. If you are using a cache plugin, can you turn it off, or make sure it's up to date, or add an exclusion for Gravity Forms?

  6. You can read about excluding certain parts of the site (form submissions for example) from the cache here:
