I have added a Donation form here: https://ynpn.org/milwaukee/support-us/ and when I click Submite it goes to PayPal to a page that says:
The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.
How can I correct this error?

This is going to be an issue related to a setting on your PayPal account itself. There is no setting in the Gravity Forms Add-On related to what this error describes and we've actually never seen this issue reported before.
If you have payment buttons configured in your PayPal account, there could be settings related to encrypted website payments in that area that you have enabled. That is where I would start looking. This may be something that you need to ask PayPal about.
