    Hello,

    I have to create a new topic because my previous topic has been locked for replies. Anyway, thanks for your reply stating that I should contact the priority support for this. I am unable to access the add on download page thus I am unable to access the priority contact as well.

    I have contact the general support email and received no reply until today. Please help, it's urgent that I bought the license but unable to access the add on download section.

    It's typically due to a mismatch between the email used for PayPal and the email you used to register for the forums. The email address is what we use to determine the access level. If you don't have access to all the proper areas, then contacting support is your best bet. I can't see the details of your purchase transaction or email address associated with your forum account.

    yeah all sorted out! Plugin bought by a director, but different email address given to the team. Company actually has another email for PayPal thus the confusion.
