    Hello,

I was wondering if there is an easy way to show the person's name and message details on the thank you page.

i.e. "Thank you John" for contacting company amazing.

  2. You can pass the entry information to your confirmation page using query string parameters. You would configure the confirmation in the form settings for each form.. use the redirect option to point to your confirmation page and set up the query string values.

  4. Can you post links to the form and page you're working with, so we can see what you're trying to do?

To clarify, your form collects a first name, and you want to be able to use that first name: where? After successful form submission, you are using a redirect or Page, and in that page is where you would like to use the first name? Is that accurate?

  5. You are correct but the thing I am trying to create is far more complicated.

I'm actually trying to create a dyslexia questionnaire which has number of questions each have a choice of two answers yes or no.

Each answer has an numeric value based on the level of difficulty that the question is trying to find out the person has.

The "yes" answers have a value of 3, 2 or 1, while the "no" answers have a numerical value zero.

There is a calculation field that totals up the value of each question

Believe this field are six other fields each being a single line text field. These have default answers which other boards of the person being diagnosed as dyslexic from the answers that they have given.

    "1 in 60 chance" (related to total 0 - 6)
    "1 in 26 chance" (related to total 7 - 12)
    "1 in 7 chance" (related to total 13 - 18)
    "1 in 3 chance" (related to total 19 - 24)
    "3 in 4 chance" (related to total 25 - 30)

Each of the above phrases in quotation marks are default answers in single line text fields, but visible to "admin only" relates to the conditional logic in the brackets above.

Eg. "1 in 4 chance" I would like to pass through the a result page that fills in the gap with by passing field data via query string

"Based on your results you have a ________ of being diagnosed as dyslexic"

I will then have some text about the research that went into this questionnaire and a table of the questions with the users answer "yes" or "no"

    PW: bingbong

    redirect to

    http://www.neuroknowhow.com/dyslexia-screening-results/

    no table there as yet,

But a version of this I would like to also create in an email

    I hope this is clear

  7. Is it doable?

  8. It's all doable but it's a customization beyond the support we can give here. Most of the pieces exist in other forum topics. You just have to put it together. It's a lot of pieces to put together because you're providing a lot of valuable functionality to the visitor.

  9. Thanks, I will hunt and see what I can do. Currently I have a plugin that does something similar but not as specific.

Any pointers as to who I can go to when I decide to give up?

Thanks again... and again... and again!
