Picatcha add on not working - not displaying on site

  1. I had added the Picatcha add-on to http://www.rydenfly.com.au via the Gravity Forms plugin add-ons page. It all looks fine in form settings, however the Picatcha itself isn't showing on the webpages, e.g. http://rydenfly.com.au/contact-us/ I just get my custom heading, "So we know you're not a robot".
The site uses WordPress and is running the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of Gravity Forms.
I was using the ReCaptcha option but my client hates it and says he gets a lot of feedback from users who can't read the words.
Any assistance gratefully received as my client uses this website to get new clients or take bookings from existing ones.

  2. You have a jQuery error on the page which is preventing this from working:

    Timestamp: 8/7/2012 12:39:36 AM
Error: TypeError: $(".boxslideshow").cycle is not a function
    Source File: http://rydenfly.com.au/contact-us/
    Line: 64

Please resolve that error and see if Picatcha works. If not, please post back and we'll check for more errors. Picatcha relies on jQuery, and any JavaScript or jQuery errors can prevent it from working.

  3. @Chris, @FergieGirl -
The page uses a theme which loads jQuery version 1.4.2, while Picatcha.js was reloading jQuery 1.6.2, hence the errors. The picatcha.js is now modified to check if any version of jQuery is present. If so, it avoids reloading it. The changes has been pushed to production and Picatcha works on this page now. Thanks for the feedback.
