Pivot Table

  1. Hi,

Hoping someone can assist. I basically need to know whether it's possible to build using some plugin in WordPress, a Pivot form as right now, I'm unsure if this is actually possible?

I would like to build a form entry screen in WordPress where there will be say 5 questions down the left hand side of the form (vertically) but along the top (horizontally), I would like to display two weeks worth of dates, commencing Monday through to Sunday and then repeated again.

So based on the above, each of the 5 questions answers, will be associated to two weeks worth of dates.

Does anybody know whether this is actually possible in WordPress, using Gravity Forms or possibly performing the same end result but displayed differently?

    Hope the above makes sense.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

  2. You can accept data in that format. I did something similar here, but with only 2 columns, not 14, as you want to do. http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/creating-a-form-structured-like-a-table#post-122824

You would use a similar process for your form.
