Is it possible to have the description placed under the label instead of the input on forms that are top aligned? Seems it would be more user friendly to have the "why" placed before the input. Thanks.

Right now that isn't possible, but i'll talk to the team and see what needs to be done to make it configurable. Making it configurable will probably be the best way to handle it. Then like the label placement you can choose for the description to appear above or below the field.
Choosing left aligned places description above inputs *except* with multiple choice -- where the descriptions are placed below.
Also, a bug with multiple choice option descriptors wrapping. In preview, the options are being cut off. On page, they are wrapping back under (full width under the label). Let me know if you want screen shots.
Sure, drop me an email to carl -at- rocketgenius.com with details on any issues you have found, screenshots would be great and we will take care of them. Thanks!
Thanks for the quick response. Add configuration option would probably solve a lot of requests. To add to the list; would be great to have ability to drag radio and check box inputs into different order so I don't have to copy/paste full lit when I need to add a new option. Thanks.
No problem, we are aware of the ordering of options in dropdown/checkbox/radio button fields is a little cumbersome. I'm sure we will improve upon it in the future. Things will only continue to get better... we are just at Version 1.0 :)
You've done a great job with it too!
Has label placement been addressed yet? It would be great to have the descriptions under the field label instead of under the field.
No additional label/description placement options have been added to the admin so far. You can still tweak the layout pretty easily with a little CSS maniputlation.
There is a CSS snippet on this thread that should be a good starting point.
