Please Help!!! (With Images)

  1. Okay, so I am having major trouble passing the images through to a post.

I have read many of the forum discussions including:

    http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/append-text-to-a-custom-field#post-3525

    and others...

I have tried them all - but I can't seem to grab my image.

Instead of using the post image field (for a post) I have instead used the upload image field. Could you PLEASE let me know how to use this properly - I am not getting any images pulling through at all...

Here is a link to my form: http://pressrelease.bangordailynews.com/submit-a-press-release/
Here is a link to a post made from this form: http://pressrelease.bangordailynews.com/recreation/this-is-the-headline/

Also, we have purchased this plug in - but when I got to Priority Support - it says that I have to register the plug in...??

    Thank you in advance.

  2. On the confirmation page (after form submission) I was able to see that the image is actually being pulled through...this is the url that is being defined:

  3. Priority Support is reserved for Developer License holders only.

If you are using a form to create a post, you must use the Post Image field to handle the image upload. The standard File Upload field does not attach files to Posts. Only the Post fields create post data.

  4. Okay. Thanks for your help - I hacked it and I got it to work using the post image field.

...and for anyone else looking at this having the same problem - so far I have used this: <?php echo do_shortcode('[gallery option1="value1"]'); ?> and I have gotten an image to appear - I am sure that there is a much cleaner way...but for now - it will do.
