Which version of Gravity Forms are you using? Most likely this is a theme or plugin conflict, can you please try the following to isolate? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
I've tried deactivating all the plugins. The Form still doesn't show. I also tried changing the theme to Twenty Ten. Still did not work. Any other suggestions.
Are you using the latest version of WordPress and Gravity Forms? Is there anything special about your installation?
How do I find out if I am using the latest version. It say Gravity Forms (nl). What should I look for regarding "special installation?" I am not savvy at all. I cannot find the Gravity Form Settings Page. Please Help me. Thank you in advance.
Gravity Forms (nl) is a dutch translation plugin for gravity forms; it is not the actual gravity forms plugin, it looks like you need to install the main gravity forms plugin. Install gravity forms by following the advice on this page of the documentation http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Getting_Started
Richard is right, you haven't installed Gravity Forms, but instead just the Dutch translation.
If this works, I am going to bow down to you guys!
IT SO WORKED! I LOVE YOU....
I can't get the server to upload the zip file. I tried creating a new directory and got this message
" Error: Unable to create directory /gravityforms_1.6.12.zip: filemng: Error occurred during /bin/mkdir command." I tried creating a new file and got this message "Error: Unable to upload gravityforms_1.6.12.zip to /: Unable to change line break style in binary file." I don't know how to get the zip file onto the server so my WP can go get it.
Lori, I will help you install this. I will need a WordPress administrator login, and FTP or cPanel access to your host. This looks to be a server configuration issue, but I will take a look and see if there is anything I can do. Please email the login details to chris@rocketgenius.com and be sure to include a link to this topic.
When I click on a subject I get a page that says "Private Content -Members Only. You may not have purchased the correct license or product". Could you assist?
@ThePinkster, it sounds like you do not have a license that allows you to access some of that content. Which link are you trying to access?
