We have encountered a plugin conflict with the Redirection plugin by John Godley, a plugin used to manage 301 redirects. We are still looking into why the conflict occurs and if there is anything on our end that can be done to eliminate the conflict.
The issue only manifests itself if any of your form title/description or form field title/descriptions contain a quote symbol (ex. ") and can result in data loss as it clears your form fields when you save the form in the form editor. This only occurs when a specific set of circumstances exist between Gravity Forms and the Redirection plugin as I have described above. No further information is known at this time.
It may require changes by the author of the Redirection plugin to resolve. We will know more as we investigate.
