Plugin is saying there is 1 unread entry, but there isn't one?

My form is showing that there is an unread entry in the Unread count, but when I'm viewing the Unread tab it says, "This form does not have any unread entries". The All tab also shows that I have a total of 7 entries, but there are only 6.

    What is going on?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I'm looking at the table in phpMyAdmin, but this is my first time doing this and I'm not exactly sure how it works. Does this mean that there is a form entry floating out there?

With my very limited knowledge I matched up the User IP from my form entries to the ip in the wp_rg_lead table and the entry in question does not show up anywhere in my form entries on WordPress. I just want to be sure that somebody's form entry isn't being ignored.

    Thanks for the help.

  4. In the wp_rg_lead table, there is a column "is_read" which will contain 1 to indicate "read" and 0 to indicate "unread". Check those values to be sure they match what you are seeing in the admin.

This can become out of sync when you are using a caching plugin on your site. Were you using WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache?

  5. I have the same issue with several sites. I don't use caching plugins but it seems I always have 1 unread form entry that doesn't exist.
