Plugin issue

  1. I am having issues with the plugin. Once I create a form I always test it just to make sure it is working. I am not getting any emails sent to me once the form is filled out. I need some assistance please. Thank you!

  3. I updated the plugin today to 1.7.5 I believe this is the latest. I just tested the forms now and they are responsive. Was this a very common issue that was happening?

  5. David I am having slight issue again. Just tested some forms and I am only getting the email sent to me as confirmation of the online inquiry (as if I was a prospect filling out the form). I am not getting the initial email sent (as site lead). I need help! This is really frustrating as I know forms are being filled out and I am not getting the emails. It was brought to my attention from a prospect who actually called me after not receiving an email or call after filling the form out.

  7. I have it set so that I get the lead sent to me and also where the user "lead" gets an email with confirmation that I have received there info and I will contact them shortly.
