Possibility of using Gravity Forms to build a ticket support system

    I am looking for a good ticket support plugin for WordPress and wanted to know if it is possible to use Gravity Forms to build such system or not.

    May you please help me to know the answer?

    Gravity Forms would not be the ideal support ticket system. It can collect the data, but managing it once submitted wouldn't be ideal.

    No problem. Good luck! Just for your information, we use Gravity Forms to send the support e-mails to a service called Helpscout which lets us manage things nicely.
