Possible to include Source URL in email notification?

    Hi,

    Can't figure out how to get this done, so I'm seeking expert advice. :) My forms work great, as do the email notifications. I have it set to email me all fields, which I receive. Is it possible to add the source url to the email notification?

    When you say 'source URL' which URL are you referring to? If you mean the page where the form was submitted from, you can use this merge tag in the notification:

    {embed_url}

    If you mean another URL, please let us know what the source URL is that you're referring to.
