When I use Post Category field and then Select Categories my dropdown box loses Parent Child Relationship in category listing. Is this expected behavior? Looks fine when I use all Categories.

  2. Yes, this is expected behavior. It doesn't know the relationship because it just displays the Categories you have selected. Because you can select any you may have selected children but not the parent, etc. So it makes the hierarchy a little difficult to maintain.

I have a problem with not all categories showing in my post categories "select categories" dropdown. It is losing child categories. When I select "select categories" not all of my categories are listed. I have posts in the categories that are missing. When I move the category to a non-parent state they show. I would be happy to provide access to the backend of the site I am working on http://www.gymadvantage.com. Thanks for a phenomenal plugin!
