I'm trying to create a form where people make various selections, and then the form uses conditional logic to provide a "Case Review" based on their selections.
Prior to displaying the customized Case Review, I'd like them to provide their email and contact info, and only after that does it display the Case Review.
I can't figure out how to put the Submit button before the Case Review and to make the final page they see the Case Review.
